Welcome to our cosy apartment in the tranquil surroundings of Casares del Sol - your ideal place for a relaxing family holiday in the sun.
Casares Pearl - a tranquil getaway:
Located in the quiet, gated community of Casares del Sol, Casares Pearl offers a relaxing family holiday for up to four people.
Parking is available either in front of the property or in the secure underground car-park. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room and king size double bed, while bedroom 2 has two singles and a separate shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped - cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave etc. so self-catering is need not be difficult.
The spacious living room has seating for 4+ people and a modern, flat-screen smart TV, with access to all local terrestrial channels plus digital services. Internet is provided free of charge.
Patio doors lead out to the large terrace, which has the sun until mid-afternoon, with a coffee table and chairs for relaxing in the sun and a dining table for those al fresco meals.
The large, well-maintained communal swimming pool and accompanying children's pool is literally yards away from the back door.

Secluded but not isolated!
Casares del Sol is ideal for a quiet, family getaway - but it's not isolated: the popular beach is at the bottom of the hill - within walking distance if you like, or literally two minutes' drive. Five minutes' drive West gets you to Sabanillas, where there are a number of shops and a Lidl supermarket - plus various bars and restaurants. A minute further, and you're at Duquesa Marina - a very picturesque spot with a number of restaurants and shops. Five minutes' drive East, and you will find Aldi and Supermercado supermarkets. Not much further and you're at the well-known tourist destination of Estepona.
